to make a good presentation you have to follow certain steps
key message
what is the main idea of your subject ,talk or write the main points of your subject in brief so that the audience will know what are you going to talk about
simple words:when you talk about a subject you should use a simple language that everyone can understand if sometimes and you have to use complex or hard words when you are presenting try to explain them
smiling and eye contact
its impossible for someone to focus with somebody looking away when talking or not smiling so try to smile and look to your audience and this will help you also to be less nervous
strong start
in order to greg the attention of your audience from the beginning you have to start it strongly
you will ask me how to do that i will tell you its by entertaining them start with something funny or interesting and that will make them focus
time
to make sure they your audience will listen until the end your presentation should not be long and contain a lot of information
try to focus on the important information
story
we as humans pay attention to interesting stories and we remember them very well so try to make your presentation like a story it means don't talk in a boring way try to make it as if you are telling a story and try to use good examples about the subject of course
body
using your body language is crucial in giving a good message
so try to avoid these
crossed arms, hands held behind your back or in your pockets
relax and bread
at the end of the presentation the audience will start asking questions so you have to breath slowly and relax to be able to answer easily
